Proper use of the BGCLive requires that each user follow certain rules that are clearly stated in our Terms of Service. At no time will BGCLive engage in illegal or questionable practices. If you feel that we, or a member, are in error please let us know. 

These Terms of Service may be changed/updated/altered at any time for any reason without notification. It is your responsibility to review the terms of service regularly as to stay up to date with those changes

Terms and Conditions:
By registering and entering BGCLive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

v	You are 18 years of age or older (21 years of age in any location where 18 is not the age of majority) AND over the Gay age of consent in your Country/State

v	You are aware that BGCLive is a Gay and Bisexual theme site that may contain adult content, including language and images.

v	BGCLive can not prescreen members to ensure your safety and therefore BGCLive does not support nor recommend the meeting in person of any members connected through this site.  

v	BGCLive can not guarantee the accuracy of information posted on members' profiles and therefore BGCLive can not be held responsible for misrepresentation of members or details posted throughout the website.
It is your responsibility to verify all information posted on a profile if you choose to meet with someone from BGCLive.  Information such as HIV status on profiles should NEVER be trusted.

v	No negative information whether factual or not about a person or business is allowed to be posted publicly on the site, this includes but not limited to your profile, tagboards, forums and chatrooms.

v	No images that are on a members profile are to be downloaded from BGCLive and saved a computer or mobile device.

v	No images that are on a members profile are to be posted publicly to the site, this includes but not limited to the forums and the chatrooms.

v	No private messages received on BGCLive or any other method of communication are to be posted publicly to the site, this includes but not limited to the forums and the chatrooms. Attempts to conceal the identity of the sender is still a violation of this policy.

v	No images that display a person's face or visible tattoo are to be posted publicly to the site with the intention to ridicule or humiliate the person in the photo.

v	No hateful or intolerant views are to be expressed publicly on the site, this includes but not limited to your profile, tagboards, forums and chatrooms.

v	Moderators in the chatrooms and forums are not employees of BGCLive and therefore we can not be held liable for their actions or information that they post.

v	BGCLive can not be held responsible for the content or actions of Websites / Businesses / Events that are advertised on BGCLive.

v	You are uploading pictures of YOURSELF that you have explicit permission to use.  If you upload an image that contains more than one person you must have the permission of each person depicted in the image. You must also appear in each image you upload.

v	No non-personal images or copyrighted images or images that contain explicit pornographic actions such as anal sex and/or oral sex are allowed to be uploaded.

v	 No cartoon images or images that lists links to other websites are allowed to be uploaded.

v	 No legal names/full names, no phone numbers, and no external contact information or addresses are allowed to be publicly posted or displayed on the site, in usernames or on images you upload. 

v	The contents of BGCLive are copyright and may not be copied or distributed in any form without the permission of BGCLive

v	BGCLive may not be used by members to advertise or solicit for goods or services unless explicitly granted permission to do so by the owners of BGCLive.

v	You shall treat all users of BGCLive with consideration and respect at all times. Violation may result in temporary or permanent ban from BGCLive. 

v	BGCLive is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from direct or indirect use of this web site 

v	BGCLive reserves the right to modify/delete a user's profile at our own discretion 

v	Each member is allowed one profile ONLY on BGCLive. Members with multiple profiles may, at our discretion, have all of their profiles deleted 

v	Members found soliciting donations, contributions or sponsorships from other members will be remanded with final consequence of profile deletion. 

v	Each member using the chat room and forums must act in a respectable manner.  No excessive fighting, vulgar language, discrimination, abuse will be tolerated.

v  A Member must not accuse other member of having diseases or viruses in any public area of the site.  Insinuating that a member has a virus or disease publicly on the site is also not permitted.

v  Members must not create threads in the forums calling out another member or bashing (stating negative things about) another member.  Threads must not be used to publicly express your issues with another member.  

v	No member is allowed to purposely mislead other members by posing as someone else, distributing or posting someone else's image(s) or by entering false information into their profile.  All information entered in the profiles must be true to the best of your knowledge.  

v	No member is allowed to repeatedly send the same or slightly modified messages to the chat room, forum or privately to other members.

v	You are familiar with all local laws in your area affecting your legal right to access adult-oriented materials or conversation

I have read the Terms of Use and agree to be bound by and comply with all of the provisions within.  Failure to abide by these rules while using BGCLive can result in your account being temporarily suspended or deleted or banned from the website without warning.
